Rachel's group has been lax lately on preparedness. The higher-ups want to know how fast they can get dressed and get ready. Shy Rachel is told to remove all of her uniform so that she can be stop-watch timed when dressing again. But she doesn't want to take her uniform off at all! Especially not with a man watching her!
